Extremely poor communication from your staff. Had a wheel damaged during shipment, I called immediately and sent all the necessary and requested pictures that day. I had to constantly call to get updates. I was told multiple times I would recieve emails and did not recieve them. It took a month to get the replacement wheel after recieving the first 3 good ones. Orders have been shipped quickly and in good shape. Had an issue with a part recently and the customer service experience started out fine but after about 3 very civil and professional email exchanges I was forgotten about. Could not get them to respond back. Ended up just returning the item. Bad experience, I ordered Fixed c5-R style Headlights to replace originals. within four months the halo's came off and are now dangling inside the cover on one side. After calling I was told that corvette mods would not do anything, and the manufacture will also not do anything because there was only a 60 day warrantee. I spent 450.00 for these lights and now I have to replace them again. I am very disappointed in the company and will never do business with them ever again and will tell everyone I know. My experience with CM was a disaster, I purchased a rear bumper for my 76, It didn't even come close to fitting and would not let me return it because of the 30 day policy, I guess I'm supposed to be able to restore a car in 30 days, but what was worse the company that makes this told me he would make good on his product and then he left my holding the bag, this jerk's name is John Plodzik, 700 unit c north building, Toledo, Ohio ph# 419-206-5446. so please don't waste your time and money buying any of these bumpers

Purchased a new car cover with a zippered door. Came in with no door. Corvettemod says they don't come with doors anymore. They didn't tell me this until I already got it. It's been over a month and customer service will not take it back. Told me they will reimburse me $10.00. I said no and they were supposed to call me back. Never did. They sent the wrong part for my car, so I returned it with an explanation and even a picture showing it wouldn't fit. For my effort I had to pay a restocking fee ($63.80), I paid $18.65 to mail it back and now they charged me $25.25 for the original shipping cost that was suppose to be "free shipping". I've ordered three other items prior this notice I received recently.
