1, you didn't back your product.I paid dearly for a good for my 99 supercharged corvette. Spoke exclusively to a professional about the correct fitment of the hood, call and tell them that he good was hitting in three places, they wouldn't and have not made good yet. I purchased a tach for my 1968 corvette rebuild. Due to delays in the rebuild, the tach sat on the shelf, waiting on install. When it was time to install it, I discovered that the tach would not work in my 68 (your website incorrectly said it would). I was now beyond your allowed return time period. The tach was “new in the box” ... perfect condition. Your team would not allow a return. Not good customer service, considering the fact that your website led me to purchase a part that was incorrect for my car.
Warning do not buy from this company. I placed an order with them and they sent me the wrong item and refused to exchange it for the right one. I contacted them a number of time and in each case was given the run around. I have purchased a number of items from this company in the past and I am stocked at the treatment I'm getting from them after they took my money, AND THEN SEND ME THE WRONG ITEM TRYING TO TELL ME IT WILL WORK WHEN IT WON'T. Sent me a part that did not fit my vehicle (even though they insisted it did). Then charged a restocking fee. Customer service was unresponsive to my feedback.
I bought and paid Alcantara seats for my Corvette C6. But the seller could not deliver it for 3 months. The items are sold even though it is not in stock.
Ordered a tuner that was originally listed as fitting a 2017 Corvette, (2014+) Once I received it, the tuner says it is not the correct unit for my application. I have called multiple times to get the correct one for my application but have been either told no that is correct, or that someone will call me back, but have yet to receive a call. Have also sent an email with no response. Website is updated that this is only for 2014 and 15s now, but I guess this was found at my expense.
I ordered visor airbag warning label covers & they were too large unlike the ones I'd ordered a year before. I contacted your customer svc & was told they're supposed to be larger than the warning label. I ordered another set in hopes I'd get the size I had previously. I returned those & was charged return postage & fees & the replacement I received overlapped the warning label but I placed the covers on anyway since I'd been told they are supposed to overlap. Bought the "complete side marker black out kit" which is basically four strips of acrylic with some misplaced (crooked) pieces of doubled sided tape. Way overpriced and a sloppy product.
Terrible customer service and will never do business with again. They shipped me wrong part which I paid extra for due to me having a Grand Sport which requires a different spoiler. Been trying for 2 weeks to get them to correct their incompetence and still not done. Been getting runaround and they are terrible about returning your calls. Guess they don't care about customer satisfaction or word of mouth hurting their business. This could have been avoided if they had done the right thing.
