In November I ordered a carry on bag for my husband as a Christmas gift. I kept having to check delivery over the next month. It finally arrived in February.

I had purchased a timing chain sets with gears and Chain from you and you sent me the wrong one when I tried to return it I could never get anyone to call me back. I would call and they said you would have someone call me back and they never did I finally just set it on the shelf where it’s still sitting and I’m still waiting for your phone call
Ordered an item with Corvette Mods through Amazon for approx $22 ... tried to cancel within 2 hours ... told no as it was already sent ... found that it wasn't sent until late the following day ... returned it and was refunded $6 ... complained to Corvette Mods and Amazon ... Corvette Mods said no they wouldn't refund anymore ... Amazon refunded the difference to make me whole. Never again will I buy from them. Terrible CS.
You sent me an item in a Mid America package clearly showing you bought from them. You also charged me $20 MORE than their retail. All I asked for was the $20 refunded. All I got in return was sorry that you could not sell this at the same price. I requested a return authorization.

The emblem inserts will not work on my emblems. I have the carbon option with the emblems, they are grooves. This is not memtioned on website.
1, you didn't back your product.I paid dearly for a good for my 99 supercharged corvette. Spoke exclusively to a professional about the correct fitment of the hood, call and tell them that he good was hitting in three places, they wouldn't and have not made good yet. I purchased a tach for my 1968 corvette rebuild. Due to delays in the rebuild, the tach sat on the shelf, waiting on install. When it was time to install it, I discovered that the tach would not work in my 68 (your website incorrectly said it would). I was now beyond your allowed return time period. The tach was “new in the box” ... perfect condition. Your team would not allow a return. Not good customer service, considering the fact that your website led me to purchase a part that was incorrect for my car.
