Enjoyed the Carraige tour though, research of some facts that were expounded by the driver were untrue in a few cases. Disappointing. The Booya'll was sophmoric and so full of vulgar language that when we stopped at a bar half way through we left and walked back to our car. The harbor tour was the highlight and we throughly enjoyed that.

My family took 3 good tours, The Charleston Harbor, The Fort Sumpter, and City Bus Tours were educational, and satisfactory. We were able to get Uber rides to the tours. We had frustrating experience with our Boone Plantation Tour. We didnâ€™t realize that it was far outside of the city. An Uber charged us $50 to take us there. We tried a half an hour to get an Uber to take us back to our hotel. A tourist was kind enough to drive us back. The Boone Plantation Tour should always include transportation, since i... read more

Glad you had a nice tour experience. We do make the tour locations all available on the app (there's a map with location markers) prior to making reservations. Unfortunately we can't control Uber and what they charge. We do appreciate your review

The process of booking the tour pass was ok, and the process of refund was handled well. One tour schedule was changed, and another cancelled. This was disappointing as the rest of our activities were adjusted to accommodate the tour times.

Yes, sometimes tours get cancelled because of thunderstorms....which is good because no one wants to tour with lightning. When that happens we do allow you to reschedule said cancelled tours. Thanks for the review

If you plan to buy this, you need to call all of the attractions and make sure they're open. It just barely paid for itself because a lot of the attractions that the app said we're open were not.

Yes, in mid-June when you visited there were some places that were closed. Now all but a just a few attractions are closed or have reduced hours due to Covid.

The pass was fine, but we wasted it on the ghost tour. It was boring, and we felt like prisoners on the bus. Not at all what we expected. Honestly, next time we'll pay for things separately.
