We did enjoy the pass but when we went to go rent the bikes for the day they were closed for training. It was very disappointing bc we walked from our hotel to get the bikes (2.5 miles) to then have to walk everywhere else.

Needs more information reguarding attractions and availability. It said availability 7days a week then when purchased it wasnâ€™t available to use while I was there

Hmmm...you purchased a 2-day pass...visited 10 attractions over the course of both days...saving a total of $120 off of retail prices. Your review has us scratching our heads. It is available all 7 days of the week. Weâ€™d love further clarification.

I purchase these passes wherever I go. While this is a good value, itâ€™s difficult to use. I bought it online and had to activate it at that time. As a result, we werenâ€™t able to use one of the activities we chose. I still believe itâ€™s a good value, but it needs an actual APP with an easy map to view. All said, I would purchase again

We had a 3 day pass and felt that the tours were redundant and repetetive even though the descriptions of the tours seemed different. The historical trolley tour is the exact same as the hop on/off tour. Ghost tour covered the same historical info as trolley tour with some ghost stories thrown in. A few museums and tours were closed or not open the days we were there. Some of our group did the civil war tour and it was just a walking tour with same info from the historic trolley tour. I had a city pass on n DC that was much easier to use. Your start, #of days gets confusing. Why not just have #of attractions and a number of days that start on first use? I am already upset and confused becauseI couldnâ€™t use it in Charleston at Boone Plantation and had to pay, because I was a day ahead of the initial start date I entered. The city pass was simplier. At any rate, so far not a big hit!

Hello, we allow users to have more control and select their active date in advance so reservations can be made for tours before arrival. Most users love this feature whereas other passes don't offer this much flexibility. For instance a user can purchase today, set active date for 2 weeks from today when they'll be visiting and make reservations for those dates. A simple phone call and we could've changed your scheduled start date...it's not set in stone.

We were a bit disappointed to find that water taxi and harbor tour were not running while we were there. I feel this should have been noted somewhere.We didnâ€™t find this out until after we purchased the pass.

Hello James. Yes, the Harbor Tours and Water Taxi ceases operations in January and part of February. We do make that information available on the attraction detail pages on both the mobile pass and website. We hope that you had a great time regardless. We have quite a few other attractions available to compensate for this seasonal schedule.

all was great except the "ghost tour", the tour guide was a dud! walked away from the group , started his tale before the group all got to each site, was rude to some and when the tour was over he just said to find our way back to the starting place!
