They didn't fix the issue we brought the truck in for . We had to bring the truck back a second time .

She kept me well informed throughout the initial repair process and advocated on my behalf when I I had to return the vehicle to address the issue a second time. Erica is likely the ONLY reason I would return to Town East Ford for a repair
