Every time I’ve gone to the service center I’ve had an amazing experience. The service manager Krista is amazing and ensures that customers are well taken care of. She assisted me in securing a rental.

My personal opinion, the length of time my car was in service is crazy. Ford should have given me a car to use while services took almost a month. The communication between the customer and service advisor needs improvement. When questions are asked in chat, they should be answered promptly. Erica was very nice but I expected more.
