My highland and Prius V have had regular service under warranty by Toyota Kirklad. I am pleased with their service so far.
Toyota of Kirkland has always been reliable, friendly and professional. I like to wait for my car to be serviced. They have computer stations, a play area for the little ones, a "theatre" room, a small cafe, TV's set up in several areas, and free coffee/tea/pop. Linda is a wonderful service representative!

My recent experience with TOK"s service staff was excellent. The work involved periodic maintenance on my 2016 Tacoma (inferno red/orange). A side mirror was also replaced after my vehicle had an "encounter" with another truck. Much to my wife's dismay. The service person I dealt with was exceptional. I wish I could recall his name. Just checked. It was Shawn Lindsey. Even the hot dogs were good.

Ryan Wolf and the rest of the staff were OUTSTANDING! Truck is running quiet and great!
I have used this company for years, and their service is always the best! Not much goes wrong with Toyota’s so most of my service work is just routine. They have the best waiting room I’ve ever seen. All good.
