Terrible place to do business with. I bought a 2013 lexus rx450h 2 years ago for $54,000 out of the door. Came home to find out that there's no owners manual, cargo cover was missing, no first aid kit. The worst part was 2 days ago, I got a flat tire and I searched everywhere for the lug nut lock key, no where to be found. It was supposed to be next to the jack in the back of the car, but it's missing. Horrible service. I was charged $600 to fix a broken window and they did not even clean up the mess they made during fixing it. I understand they are not equipped for a car wash but not even bothering to cleanup small glass pieces is unacceptable. The labor cost was almost the price of the window! All this with a long wait to pick up the vehicle.

Sure they will sale you a car. I purchased mine there. Sorry to say but the service that I received after the sale was shameful. I called over the span of two weeks. Left several messages with finance department. No calls were ever returned. Everyone apologizes for them. Come on guys.....really. said they were going to send me my plates because I live over 120 miles away. Said they were on the way. Still not received. Called last week spoke to the receptionist ......she told me she would send them out in the mail that day.... read more
I am giving Toyota of Kirkland two stars because when I first arrived at the facility the person who spoke to me first followed me with caution like I wasn't suppose to be there. I didn't feel welcomed, the guy never walked up to me, instead he stood a distance to ask me questions. He made me feel very uncomfortable.
Update: Due to my posting I was expedited. It pays to not sit in silence. Thank you Toyota Service center. Next month I'll be back your new location shopping for a Scion." The service station here sucks!! An hour and a half for an oil change?? And that's only the estimate. Wtf!! I was going to come back to toyota to buy my daughter a Scion but I doubt it now. Looks like we'll be looking somewhere else. Maybe Honda..."
