Their service people went through my car stealing and reading and moving personal items. Wouldn't raise headlights to protect the live of pedestrians on the street at night.

Dropped in at last minute (no appointment) for an oil change and to replace tail light. Told I would be in and out within 60 to 90 minutes. Got done in that time range - no muss or fuss.

I am in car service Heaven! I just arrived at Toyota of Kirkland to service my 2011 Prius and so far this dealership has exceeded my expectations beyond my wildest imaginations. Obviously, they aim to please. 1) I was swiftly greeted upon arrival and escorted inside to a desk with comfortable seating while the Service Rep inspected my car. Typical used car salesman approach. Super shady sales tactics. These people lied to me about my credit score. Now I drive a Lexus from Lexus of Seattle. ��

One of employees is an absolute loon. He lives next to a public easement in Snoqualmie and curses and threatens mountain bikers on a daily basis.

The quality of service at TOK has deteriorated . While they have a great facility and more "Service" managers, their quality of customer service and the reliability of their maintenance of vehicles has gone down. They even fail to do basic check like tire pressure checks during 5k service and do not give the best deal even though they advertise some deals via email. Poor service. Spent far too many hours purchasing our new car because of mistakes they kept making. Then went in to get the 2nd laser cut key programmed and find out they used the wrong VIN number from a different car. Missed brunch with friends we haven't seen in months. Shot two of our Saturday's to hell because they can't get the paperwork right. I would not recommend them and won't go back in the future.

After looking for 3 months for the exact car I wanted, I found it at Toyota of Kirkland. At my time of purchase I had worked in a business closely related to car dealerships and therefore had a good understanding of how the car buying process and customer service aspects were supposed to go.
