Damaged my friends 2017 tacoma on a test drive and won't honor it. Offered him KBB trade value towards a new Tacoma but refuses to fix the damage.
Buddy took his truck in for the differential recall and they failed to secure his driveline afterwards, they kept the truck for 3 months. He was making payment the whole time as well. During that 3 month period they wrecked his truck and refuse to compensate him. They offered him KBB value for it and then wanted him to buy another truck from them. Terrible business practices being displayed.
