Service held friends truck for over 3 months trying to find problem and fix it then wrecked vehicle and told them it wasnt there problem. Trying to give them KBB and sell them a new one. Vice president of sales group is a joke and know help as well
Wrecked my buddy's brand new truck with 17,000 miles on it while getting warranty work done ( for 3 months, they couldn't find the issue, ... imagine that). Meanwhile he's been making payments on it. His only "option" is to trade it in on a new one so they can make MORE money off him. They refused to compensate him in anyway, even though it was their employees who wrecked the truck! Very poor service!

Crashed a vehicle on a test drive, video proof, messed up a couple other things that it was initially brought in for, refuse to take responsibility, truck was held for over 3 months, all this happened and they still refuse to give any compensation for the three months of money lost, and are trying to cheap out on fixing the problem (damage of crash, as well as trying to make customer PAY for other things) . Disgusting.
