Heard some horror stories, and saw some footage of crashing a customers car, after having the vehicle for 3 months. Toyota is better than this. You should be ashamed if yourselves.
Do the right thing for Boris! Just wanted to shout out to Toyota of Kirkland in Washington state. After they forgot to reattach my drive line correctly during the rear differential gasket repair, then failed to diagnose the problems it caused for two months while they held onto my truck. (Replaced the differential, drive line and transfer case to fix the knocking noise). They crashed it on a test drive. Service held a buddy's truck for three months unable to fix the issue and then crashed it while test driving it. They say it's not their problem and refuse to compensate him other then giving him the KBB value (despite him paying for the last three months and not having it) and upselling him to a new truck. Completely despicable.
I’ve just had the worst service of my life! Lies, dead battery and not responsive.
If you want to wait 2 hours for your oil change. I think it is ridiculous. I have never have to wait more than 45 min at the most.
