Didn' trim the palms as much as the I would have liked. Left pal. Tree debris in frontvyard & entrance walkways, so clan up was not so good.

The crew did NOT include an arborist. Fruit trees were trimmed solely with chain saws and two of my sprinkler heads were left broken and my back yard patio area got flooded the next day and I had to hire some repair guys in to fix the two heads.
Had one disaster after another. Started in April, the service tech has been here every week to repair major leaks. Have had water standing for weeks in my backyard. May water bill eas 375.00, even when the previous sprinkler system was working never over 120.00. I have wasted a huge amount of money using TreePros. They did not even get everything done they agreed to.

They never showed up and we had to reschedule 3 times. I had to call them each time to find out where they were. Very high priced for the quality and customer service we got. I have no problem paying for quality work and a professional company but this was not them.
They showed up when they said they would, job completed as planned and they cleaned up afterwards.
