Inexperienced crew. Poor supervision. Would not use for any service.This was for an irrigation service installation and repair.
Promised to not break light fixtures or anything, but some light fixtures were broken. Good job trimming date palm and cutting down orange tree. Came early, which was good.
Did not remove stump which was less than 8" in diameter.

Make sure you know when it is safe to trim your trees. Otherwise....you end up paying your deposit up front and then when they come out and tell you it is not the right time of year to trim your trees you will be charged the balance due even though they did not do any trimming. They told me to call them again in the fall. Hope I'm not charged again.
The people who schedule the work need help in customer service dept. They need to explain the times promised and make sure to followup with customers. They need to call back when schedule has changed not to have the customer call them when the workers don't show up at the promised time.
I chose them because of their Professional appearance, I guess looks can deceive. They did not complete the job the first time they came out and instead of sending them back out right away they told me I would have to wait at least another week for them to come back. I thought that was totally unprofessional and I let them know that. As it turns out the next day they suddenly found an opening in their schedule.
Arborist was very helpful and nice. Work done was ok, but definitely not worth the price they charge. Independent lawn guys charge a fraction of what they do, and the work is about the same. Save your money.
