This company trimmed our very large tipu tree in August. This was the very first time we had used Tree Pros, and I wish we had never contacted them to do the job. Within two weeks, the tree dropped all of its leaves, and we were left with a totally bare tree. When the company rep came to look at the tree, he said it was dead but that I had no way to prove that their tree trimmers had caused it. We discussed the sap running out of the tree. They pointed out scale problem on another tree. I was given a brochure to read about both problems. I told the salesman that I wanted both problems treated. I agreed to price figuring ALL work requested would be included. Unfortunately, they only trimmed and fertilized and did nothing to treat diseases! Now I have to hire another company.
Waiting to get 8"-10" root removed. Still attached to part of stump. It got missed during stump grinding , on May 18th, as it got covered by sawdust. Notified Tree Pros on May 23. They are working on getting someone over to remove it. Once done, they will get a 5 Star. Good company. They have now removed 5 trees from my family's three homes (3 Peoria, 1 Phx, n 1 El Mirage).
Had an appointment from 7-9am. No call no show. When I reached out to Paul, he told me that I never confirmed the appointment and had to call the office to reschedule. He had an attitude and did not even apologize. No empathy.
These guys were good on my first time using them... but the repeat business I gave them was so bad. Failed to show, left tree trim mess all over my back yard, took multiple calls and complaints to get it right. No more repeat business from me !

Removed four 30 ft high Sissoo trees from between houses. cleaned up all leaves and branches. Poisoned the stumps. They are letting poison work through the roots for 25 days then coming back and grinding stumps 6 inches below ground. All in less than three and half hours. Experienced at there work, Interesting to watch the trimmer pick the order of limbs to cut and how to tie the limbs to the tree or other limbs so they fell on the ground, not on the houses.
