I chose them because of their Professional appearance, I guess looks can deceive. They did not complete the job the first time they came out and instead of sending them back out right away they told me I would have to wait at least another week for them to come back. I thought that was totally unprofessional and I let them know that. As it turns out the next day they suddenly found an opening in their schedule.
Arborist was very helpful and nice. Work done was ok, but definitely not worth the price they charge. Independent lawn guys charge a fraction of what they do, and the work is about the same. Save your money.
Not a neat job.
When tree was cut down, remaining stump was 8-9 inches above ground level. Stump removal crew was a no show. I removed the stump myself, but the excess length of the stump resulted in a considerable increase of work. Cost of tree removal was $950.00 for less than an hours work.
They don't come when they say they're coming. They cut such a big portion of the limb that it bent the end of the pergola. A bush was damaged. I wasn't there when they started,so I asked for pictures of the whole roof. They only showed me pictures of the side I knew to be damaged. I didn't feel the clean up was good. There's more.
It took two separate crews -- a week apart -- to trim/clean/shape five citrus trees and one palm tree in the backyard. Carrying the branches out, they scratched the patio door and broke a piece of concrete off the patio floor. Bricks around the tree wells were knocked down, loose fruit was left on the ground, the yard was not cleaned up and there were bare spots on the rock lawn in both the back and front yards. Did not show up for appointments on time as promised. Arborist was not present when tree was trimmed and now will have to have them come back to redo work. More expensive than other two quotes I received but went on the judgment of others to choose them.
Tree removal done well. No damage to anything. Cleanup was VERY bad! I complained. They offered to send them back out. I refused because that would make a bigger mess. No refund or reduction on my bill was offered. Plus, I referred them to my next door neighbor who hired them, and again no price change offered.
