Hired them Gave credit card for 1/2 payment. About 2 weeks later they called that the credit card did not go through. Well Yes! They used the wrong number for the card. They tried again and said it went through. They said they would call back to set up a service date. About 10 days later, I contacted them and they said they would call back again. Another week goes by and they called to set up a new service date. Scheduled it two weeks out at their earliest convenience. Could care less about my convenience.

This review was updated as you can see on 04/06/2016 to a 5 Star Review. We contacted the Home Owner promptly and cleared up a misunderstanding we had and made sure we took care of the customer to their satisfaction.
They were to cut down the tree between 2-5 pm on Wed, got a phone call at 4pm saying they would have to schedule for next week. I needed it down and stump remove for house and roof being painted on MON. They said they would be out at 9am Thur. Great At 9am the stump removal crew showed up. I asked them how do you remove the stump with tree still standing, they called office. We made every effort to meet your swift deadline by trying to squeeze your job in on a crews schedule for the following day, unfortunately it did not work out. They are not very organized, cutting and stump grind went ok, but got different stories about the stump removal, took two more visits, wasted my time and the end result was only fair. I would not use them again.
Tried to sell me on yearly feeding and chemicals. Oversell got tiring when I hired them to trim trees.
Customer service dept needs to keep scheduled appts. They tried to reschedule every appt. Staff could use some training on being customer service oriented.
It has been almost a month since I first contacted them, and they still haven't finished. I only had 4 trees and two bushes to trim, with one to be cut down. I can't wait to get these bushes trimmed anymore, they are up to my shoulders.
The people who actually performed the work were very good. Coordination and scheduling left something to be desired.

They had me put 50% of my project cost to reserve a time, but they would not give me a specific time until the day before. I have my own business and have a schedule also. I live in a gated community and needed to be present when the work was being done. They were so selfish and thought their schedule was more important than mine, the customer.
