With clients arriving with canines & felines for an annual well-check-up, and clients grieving when they have to say goodbye to their pets, this hospital has empathetic and caring personnel - - from the person at the desk to the doctors and their assistants. Although small, the facility is clean and well-equipped; the veterinarians and their assistants are excellent and caring, answer questions, and respond to phone inquiries. The office staff is also very pleasant. My family has been bringing pets here for years. Highly recommended.

I was so nervous about finding a vet that I liked in the city as I have been taking my 6 year old dog to the same Doctor that I knew very well since she was 6 weeks old. Dr. Lee and the staff were so great and not pushy at all. The exam fee was slightly more expensive than I am used to, but I'm willing to pay more for the best care for my dog. She addressed all my concerns and reviewed Orsa's medical records thoroughly (and there were a lot of them). Definitely returning to Dr. Lee for Orsa's care.

We are big fans of Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital, our dogs have been clients for nearly 8 years!!! Everything works well and runs smoothly, with great kindness and care, from calling to schedule an appt. to the vet techs to the remarkably caring and thorough doctors. We have mostly worked with Dr. Lee, she is a truly amazing doctor. Her experience, knowledge and caring goes above and beyond. Dr. Lee is helpful, smart and generous. We were a bit worried that there might be an emergency with our dog. We are new to the neighborhood and a friend recommended this place. I went this morning and they were absolutely terrific. They get an A +. The staff, vet assistant and the vet herself (Dr. Alexis Holroyde), were all caring and attentive. The vet was clearly knowledgeable and gave me clear options for treatments and clear next steps once home. I found the cost to be reasonable given the various tests that were done. I've had experience with this veterinary practice for several years, bringing clients' dogs here for treatment, and can say they're a vet I'd use myself--for my animals--if I lived in the neighborhood. They're supportive and friendly, and importantly they're sympathetic and kind to the animals. Years ago, I was taking care of a couple of golden retrievers who were patients here, and I was dog-sitting while the animals' owners were on vacation. Just moved to NY and had an emergency with my cat Spirit. I had no vet yet and looked on line and found Tribeca-Soho Animal Hospital. With no records to refer to, the Vet called my old Vet to get a health background. A new environment, and being sick, I was nervous for Spirit.
