EMERGENCY!!!! Our Frenchie puppy suffered a spine injury that left her legs partially paralyzed! After freaking-the-F-out for a few minutes, I took her to Tribeca Soho since it was closer than my usual vet at West Village Veterinary Hospital. I recently moved back to Manhattan. I have an 11 + year old Wheaten terrier, who has had his share of health issues and surgeries, since he was very active and often ran off leash in the woods during his life in NJ. We have been seeing Dr. Burns and his team of vets and support staff since 1982 when the clinic was located around the corner in what is now Pepolino restaurant. Through the lives of multiple cats, we have always found the staff to be uniformly empathetic, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. We have had a huge range of health issues with our pets and the staff have seen us through from beginning to end. Have been taking my dogs there for last 10 years. The vets are friendly and caring. A huge plus for me is that they always manage to squeeze me in for emergencies.
My two doxies recently had their teeth cleaned by Dr. Lee. What a great doctor. She was attentive, called me throughout the day to update me on their well-being and provided helpful information for their dental care. They even provided a discount for two dogs having their teeth cleaned at the same time. I felt very comfortable leaving them at this location as we usually see Dr. Berk at Battery Park Animal Hospital. Thank you!
Our dog has had a lot of health issues. The doctors at Tribeca-Soho have been amazing with him--we've seen pretty much everyone in the office, though we mostly work with Dr. Koprowski who is wonderful. She is always gentle and careful with him, takes as much time as we need to explain everything that's going on, and I believe has literally saved his life at least once, probably more. Dr. Alex Koprouski is such an amazing and personal vet. i wouldn't trust my dog with anyone, but her. I have recommended so many of my friend's to visit Dr. Koprouski with all their pet's needs. She is the best and I am so grateful for all she has done!!!!
Dr Alex Koprovski is the best vet I have ever been too. She is the most concerned and sweet vet. I sleep better knowing my bulldog has her as vet. I would never go any other vet. She really cares about animal's! Its not about the $$$$$$$$$. Everyone I know who has a pet now useres her becuase she is so great! She is amazing!!!!!
I have been taking my cats to Tribeca Soho from just about the time they opened in a small walkup around the corner in a building that has since been torn down and replaced by an upscale restaurant. I also used to live just three blocks away but several years ago I moved far uptown and I STILL use them as my vet, I simply stick a cat into a carrier, sling it over my shoulder and hop onto the train.
