Trish was very responsive and helpful in exploring all loan options. My one complaint is that my mortgage got sold to a different bank and servicer before even my first payment is due. The servicer it was sold to has terrible reviews so I am wary of having to deal with them for the remainder of my mortgage. This would my only hesitation in referring someone to Mutual of Omaha or using them myself again in the future.
