Was great for the purpose Need to be modernize Was clean but need to be updated
Atlantic City, Tropicana Long waits as not enough elevators for number of guests. Long walk through hotel to beach and boardwalk. Charges for pool loungers in adults only pool for hotel guests. Charges for parasol, chairs and towels, for hotel guests, at the beach. The room was big and beds comfy. Close to beach and boardwalk. Coach station on site for return journey, and had we known, a shuttle bus service between arrival coach station and hotel.
Customer service Tropicana needs work I did not like how far I had to walk to my room.no from the lobby I had boot on. Foot injury The only room they had for me was hadincapped room..I did like my checking experience. The valet people were lazy coming i. The one Sunday was older very professional. So the customer service was not good. Not like hard rock oceans is excellent. I like the location and all shops different restaurants big choice.
