Best vacation in a long time! Maybe have a second bed for the bigger suites. Parking was great. Easy to move around the building. Staff was very helpful and kind.

This is my favorite hotel No house keeping came to clean, no towels. Room door look was lose needed screws. I requested any birthday card for my wife although I informed that it was my wife’s birthday but nothing. Elevators are not working. Breakfast was good, location was excellent

Pleasant Check in was horrible. My room wasn't ready till after 8:00. The wait at check in was an hour and 1/2. Room was not very clean. Carpet is disgusting.
Room was nice. Check in was terrible. Need a better pool system. I had to go down two floors and through the casino floor just to check in. And that wasn’t even easy to find. I had no pool anywhere near me. When I looked it up if I wanted to go to the pool, I’d have to walk through the casino floor to get to a pool. There should be an easier way for all the guest to use a pool. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and the way the shampoo conditioner and body wash was provided.
FUN, quick getaway my lóó ln8l was The pools close too early. The South Tower closed by 5pm and the North by 6pm.... At least give us till 9 or 10pm for adult only hours or something lol but for real. Great vibes and energy. Plenty to enjoy and good food options on site and close
