Good The shower head was mildew, and I couldn't take a shower until they decided to come put in a new one. The bed was comfortable

Enjoyed the stay, felt price was fair, BUT room, bed, and ambient noise detracted significantly. Overnight noise in corridor, required multiple calls for security before they arrived. Requests for room cleanup were IGNORED!! Multiple calls and face to face requests at front desk, plus telephone calls to housekeeping were required and were not even responded to on two different days.!! Bathroom floors were not throughly cleaned. Overall comfort, bathroom size

It was relaxing and convenient and comfortable. We will definitely be back The lack of direction to get from check in to the south tower. The slowness of the elevator and the long lines The rooms were big and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the building.

Very Good The room not having a microwave was a real bummer. The stay was comfortable and the self check-in was fast and simple. The up charge was expected so it wasn't a bother. The room was very clean and spacious.
