Wonderful
I had a nice time at Tropicana. Only issue I had was noise from other guests in middle of night and a dog barking on occasion. Room was clean and nice. Christmas decorations were the best! Food options were very good!

It was well :) Our door fob to our room died when we came back from breakfast and we were locked out for about an hour and a half. Reception would give me any answer other then i’m on a list and it was very aggravating. Luckly a team member of yours was on our floor checking rooms and was able to direct us to a better source (himself). Then shortly after he was able to get someone up to help us into our room. Thank you for your time and we’ll see you again soon!! Excellent games lots of fun and a great room with a great view

Exceptional Had to check in at the front desk vs a kiosk, just made it a little walk Got a room in the South Tower, easy access to table games. Nice large,clean room. Updated too, compared to the other towers.
