The elevator on the Sona side was horrible .I was in room 3702 and we had to wait sometimes more than 15 minutes. Most times we took the service elevator which I was not happy with. I spend good money and I expected better .

Beautiful hotel but Elevators were terrible .. they need more Elevators for that big of a hotel .. check in and check out was nearly impossible getting on the elevator
