Very Good The elevator service was terrible throughout my stay. Waiting 15+ minutes for an elevator each time was extremely frustrating. I liked that the hotel was clean and close to all of the restaurants and attractions.

Pleasant I was there three nights no one came in to clean the room even after requesting the service to no avail I had to do it myself. The restaurants were great , the pool and beach were very nice.

Wonderful Long wait at elevators, now sure how this can be fixed but it make preplanning trips to beach or car essential Location and amenities on site

The next time we come we’ll more than like go to either the Show Boat or Ocean. It appeared to my husband and me that we were put in the “out house “. Never had housekeeping, called and was told to leave voice message. Saw a housekeeper on our floor however she never came to our room. I even inquired to no avail. Of course it was on the boardwalk.

I’ll be back in October for my birthday… Is the smoking.. Tropicana has everything you need … I love the atmosphere.. if you don’t feel like going outside you have all the restaurants… I come out here every twice a year.
