Overall it was great I'd advise u call the hotel 1st b4 booking. It was over booked. I didn't get the room I ordered. Clubs only played 1 type of music Everything closes very early. Can't get any good food at 1 a.m when we were out drinking. That's not good for the amount of people who are out clubbing and drinking. They are gonna have to pay o.t to the janitor. House keeper didn't come til check out Front desk was closed at my tower had to go 3 towers over just to check in for a second room instead of being able to use the ... read more

Pleasant The floors were dirty and the shower floated the bathroom floor every time we used it. I liked the text concierge Ivy, I was able to get any extra amenities we needed without having to call the front desk

Good Discovered 1 Bed bug on the morning of check out. Other than the occasional roach found in room, it was an okay vibe because minimal time was spent in the room. Casino is a plus, restaurants are great

nice stay...love the convenience of having so much to do when the weather is ugly outside The pillows we had were ridiculous...it was like trying to sleep on throw-pillows that we had to stack up...only to have them fall over as soon as you moved your head. I can't figure out why the pillows were basically square...do regular pillows cost that much more....??? The staff were very helpful and friendly...from parking attendants, to house cleaners, all were great.
