We enjoy Christmas there every year and have stayed at other times. No more bright lights, though. We were glad to pay the upgrade. The price quoted at check-in was lower in price than on the bill. Our 8th floor suite, (818?) was fine until the outside Kleigh lights completely lit up our room all night. I had a sleep mask, but it still affected our sleep. As we were staying only two more nights, we decided not to complain. We will not book or accept a room in that part of the hotel again. The sliding bathroom door was off it... read more

We enjoyed the casino very much. Would definitely recommend to our friends. We would stay again. We booked a no smoking room and all you could smell in our room at night was smoke. Several couples on our end complained. But again not a single staff member was around to complain to. There were no staff. No one there to answer questions. When we checked in no one was available to explain anything. To find our room was a scavenger hunt. A random man who already did it was the one to help us.
