I only give 4 stars because the room temp was weird to control, more outdated than anything and the room didn’t have a microwave.

I booked my room in November for a specific tower where the rest of my group was staying, Tropicana overbooked and switched my reservations to another tower without any prior notice. The other tower was okay it was just not with the rest of our group. We checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Saturday and not one time did housekeeping come to clean/restock/provide new towels, etc.
