Good We could only check-in and receive room keys on a kiosk, which isn't a huge problem but I had some questions upon arrival that couldn't be answered via kiosk. We stayed in the Havana tower which was looking a little run down through the hallways and common areas. We did choose a very basic king room however there wasn't even a microwave in the room, which seems pretty basic to have in a hotel room to me. I was hoping to at least be able to re-heat leftovers for a meal option. The shower head definitely needs to be clean... read more
