Pleasant The elevator service was terrible. I missed my dinner reservation. The lines were too long. The elevator sounded like something electrical was wrong. I was very uncomfortable getting on. But I had no choice. My room was on the 49th floor The rooms were very nice.

Electric atmosphere that was well worth the experience and visit. The only thing I'd like for my next stay is a decent size microwave. I orderd room service and had some left overs that I wouldve loved to warm up and finish it. Also, the non-smoking area of the casino still had some people smoking in that area. The room was great! Nice and clean bathroom. Beautiful King size bed. Very spacious and convenient with the power plugs for phone charging. Good The room was a great value 4 the money, plus I did have a full view of the ocean. However, the windows were very dirty I had a hard time looking out. I stayed three nights and on the third night I had no hot water so I had to leave the hotel without a shower. In addition, the hotel was very crowded so you had to wait a long time for the elevators to come and at one time, two elevators were down, and even when I left, there was still one elevator down. I really like the room, though that was really great.
