It's good. Stay South tower. Hash house was the best! First room was horrific. Like I wouldn't let my dog sleep there. We wasted around an hour each day waiting in elevators because they were broken. We told 3 staff members no one came back to help. After a room change the room was wonderful. Definitely stay south tower its renovated and way nicer. North tower was old snd gross. Like the casino & amenities & restaurants.

Just okay; if I go back to Tropicana, I will not stay in Chelsea Tower My room in Chelsea Tower was marginally clean. The company needs to deep clean or replace the carpets. I had a room up high in Chelsea Tower with a decent view corner view of the ocean

My stay was relaxing and full of self care. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet was loud after flushing. Other then that great stay! Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were so many wonderful things to do. The staff were nice and helpful.
