The resort has declined over the years and is no where near how it was 15 years ago. The AC did not work in my room and it made the stay uncomfortable Location

Pleasant Checkin was horrible. Waited hour, even though, I used express checkin. Nothing was express. The room was not ready and I was informed I would get an email. This is unacceptable. If your being checked in late then you should be compensated for the time It was very clean
