I love the hotel and have been staying there for a few times . But this most recent has made me not wanna stay anymore. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping staff cam to put towels in our room . We stayed on the Havana tower. We estates in the west tower last year towels were put in our room. Next I noticed long distance phone calls on my bill we never made long distance calls. I had to go all way to the front seat to dispute the calls . And they only wanted to refund one of the calls after I spoke with a Mayer all cal... read more

Always a good time. Variety of things to do. Do not like paying for parking when so much money is already spent on property.

I didn’t like the fact that during my 3 days stay, my room was not cleaned at all. Plus, I booked a room for three people but there was only 1 towel and one wash cloth in the room. I also felt some discrimination. I say this because not only myself but other visitors was complaining about how they was treated or “handled” on the West Tower of the casino.

The bed was comfortable, but the bed frame is dangerous. Sharp corners and I kept bumping my toes on the side of the frame when getting into bed.

We stayed for 2 nights. Check in was slow but okay, our room was okay one of the mattress was lopsided and rugs had a lot of stains. 2nd day housekeeping never came. The last leaving with luggage the escalator stop working and had to climb up escalator with luggage. A nice man carried my back up for me.
