Very Good Didn't like the smoking on the casino floor could do without that ash trays were left everywhere even the non smoking area has ash trays and cigarette butts in the area some of the bars and clubs in the hotel were closed the indoor pool needed reservations to use thought that was insane . The amenities were great all the restaurants were in the hotel didn't have to leave to go anywhere unless you wanted to the IMAX theater was awesome the family fun game center was great if you didn't want to gamble the whole trip ... read more

I still enjoy The Trop, but would appreciate room consistency. My room was in the North Tower. Last year, when I stayed at the Trop, my room was in the North Tower. That room and this one, though, were night and day. This one (846 or 864..?) was not nearly as nice!! Very old, especially the thermostat. I may just have gotten lucky last year and got a peek a boo ocean view.this time, Though, only saw HVAC units and other buildings. :( The service at the desk for check in, especially ( Sothy) was outstanding. my stay was good I trusted the valet service with my vehicle an it got damaged bad the valet service they messed up my vehicle it was clean an rooms were comfortable

It was great Hopefully I get breakfast next time lol Did not get breakfast but I like the facility don't really have to go out much for food have a few variety of foods to pick and its very clean
