The Tropicana is a beautiful place to stay! Lots of wonderful dinning options. Safe parking garage. Elevators were difficult to access when you wanted to head down to the lobby- up to a 10 minute wait at times.

Excelente lugar solo no me gustó en resección de ingreso me atendio una señora pienso que era India que me dio mal servicio y no quiso atenderme por un error en mi nombre aún con mi número de confirmación eso retrasó por 3 horas mi ingreso que otra empleada que habla español muy amable Nos ayudó

The carpet in the rooms was dirty. It smelled like stale smoke. The pool was supposed to be open until 7 but the lifeguard rudely told the children they couldn't be in the pool at 645. The signs clearly said open until 7 and she insisted they were wrong. The food at the hash a go go was excellent. The beach in front of the hotel was nice. The beds in the room were comfy
