Pleasant stay I had to have room service to come service my room after asking the house king staff to service the room with fresh towels and trash removal. I had to use app to have room service at 9 pm . I did receive the service within the time quoted to me. I like the convenience of having everything is located in under one roof entertainment, food and shopping. The location from the property to the beach less than five to ten minutes.

Good Broken vending machine. Scary elevator in the south tower, I am not sure it should be operating. Very nice room.

Could have been better That only the 1 indoor pool was open. The 3 outdoor pools were filled and had lounge chairs around them, but not open. It's 80 degrees, sunny and June. The pools should have been open. I didn't like the walk from my hotel tower to the parking garage. Also the front doors and ramp to the hotel tower were locked, so you could not enter through the "front" door closest to the elevator. You had to walk around the block or down the boardwalk to enter thru the casino to get to our tower. I saw some poor hand... read more
