Good The bathroom of the room was small and outdated. The TV in the room was not even HD TV. I liked the optionality for the bar and dinning options. The Chelsea gastro hub view, bourbon selection and food were very good.

Exceptional Was a little crowded, but overall excellent. I liked that there was so much to do without having to drive anywhere. We stayed in the Havana suite, it was very nice.

It was just OK! The check in took over an hour. They need more help to assist the front desk for check ins. Also they don’t offer microwaves in the rooms. The hotel has a lot to do in it. Plenty of places to eat, and drink.
