Overall for a two night stay wasn’t bad but could be better with housekeeping The long check in lines. Needed more staffing g to check people in. I was given a door key to the wrong room and floor. Waited in the hall for 25 minutes for my husband to call the front desk to fix the issue. Fun but room was disappointing. Had upgraded for better room; however, the shower stall door was nearly impossible to open. Also, the bathroom sink was very slow draining. Very disappointing. On the Boardwalk. Restaurants on premises.
Experiencia regular Mucho olor a cigarrillo en las escaleras y pasillo No es mal pero los elevadores tienen fallas técnicas y la recepcionista que nos atendió se porto mal contestaba de mala manera y también mi queja es que si prohíben fumar en los casinos .. no lo respetan

Good room Parking is very far from the Chelsea Rooms - Lobby was closed to the beach but it was closed You have to go through the casino then se in floor then take a walk and another elevators to go to your room With beach chairs was very annoying. Also, Even do the check in lady was very kind the line was very long. Very convenient - has lots of restaurants to choose- The beach is in the back of the hotel
Abgewohnte Zimmer aber sehr gute Lage am Strand Wenig Informationen beim Check in und für eine Reise mit Personen unter 21 nicht sonderlich geeignet. Den Außenpool darf man erst ab 21 nutzen, der Innenpool für Personen unter 21 ist keine Alternative da völlig überfüllt und die sonstigen Gebühren und Preise sind für ein Casino recht hoch. Unsere 2 Zimmer wurden am zweiten Tag gar nicht gereinigt, am dritten Tag dann nach Rücksprache. Das Hotel ist mit Ausnahme des Casinobereichs abgewohnt.
