A nice place to stay. Designed so you don’t ever have to leave. Bed was comfortable enough. Elevator lines are atrocious though.

Everything was very good except the elevators mostly for the west tower the doors close much to fast and people have a hard time getting in and out. The doors don’t always stay open when someone is going in or out.

Never staying in the West Tower at Tropicana! When we arrived, our reservation was never fully confirmed by Hotels.com and the Tropicana. This was very disheartening. When we finally got to our room, the bathroom sink was dirty and had a used wash rag in it. The room was dusty and looked like it haven't been cleaned in a while. We had to request 3 times for housekeeping to come and clean.
