Nice hotel, though clientele can be challenging Loud neighbors banging on their door and yelling very loudly across the hall when they couldn't get back into their room at 5am. And then it happened several more times, strange indeed. Room was nice and Havana Quarter nice

We love Tropicana and always have such a great stay! Only 2 complaints: the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, to the point I woke up in physical pain. And the ice machine was broken on our 5th floor. Which no big deal, we went to another floor, which was also broken. And a 3rd floor which was also broken. My husband had to go to the bar at the casino to get us ice for our room. Room was perfect and bigger than expected! Very clean!
