Room was not as clean as expected, stains on the sheets, no tv remote, no booklet advising where restaurants in facility are, no map of this vast facility to let you know how to get around … my last stay there.

The room (Havana Suites) I reserved and paid for through Expedia in advance was not available when I arrived at the hotel. I was given an another room, in a different tower within the hotel complex. Secondary bathroom toilet seat dirty.

I like the location and access for different type of food and beach location . The room odor was the carpet dusty and old and by the elevator the odor was worse . I had to hold my breath .
