Overall, we had a great time. Chelsea appears more run down as cleanliness is not what it has been in the past. Room carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. Location Restaurants Bars

Wrong room, wrong entry keycard bad start. Charge for facilities use. What facilities are they referring to. Restaurants, casino, Theatre. We pay for everything anyway. As a senior paying for facilities I don’t use is ridiculous. Why don’t you just stop offering deals for rooms and state the actual cost to sleep there, since we are already being overcharged for food and services. Location is good. Restaurants are convenient. Caesar’s relationship.
