it was the room was very far away from any exit. i was promised an ocean view- didn’t happen. i was in chelsea tower and you needed to google hoe to get to gour room. i didn’t eat breakfast

Relaxing facility. Elevators impossible at busy times. Comfortable room. Convenience. Quality food.
Good We booked a 2 bed room at Havana and was told at check in they gave our room away and we had to stay in west which we were unhappy with Proximity

Trop. Chelsea tower. Hard access to room. Takes multiple elevators and hallways to get to the room. My tower charged to get in the pool. That was disappointing. The view was wonderful.
