Exceptional There was confusion with where to check in because depending on the escalator you take, you are at a check-in for another hotel. The parking garage is far from the Chelsea tower The room was quite large and very clean. The bed was king-size with lots of pillows and a comfortable mattress. I had an excellent view of the boardwalk. The entire hotel and casino are huge.

Functional is how I describe my hotel stay You had to tell the staff you wanted your room cleaned everyday but no one indicated that at checkin and it was impossible to reach the front desk over the phone. Check in was long and unnecessarily tedious.

Pleasant The first room we had I woke up to bed bugs so they moved us to I guess the better side of the hotel I could not rest because I was so nervous the last thing I would want is to take bedbugs home very disappointing We love Atlantic City
