The dining options were very good. The room was not as clean as it should have been.The bathroom was terrible.I felt it should have been cleaner.The linens had patches on the pillow cases.Overall hotel was nice but my room "

Very noisy in rooms all night long. Also lines for elevator to go to room. Never had a line to go to my room. I believe an elevator was out of service. little things could’ve improved the stay.

Tropicana check in I stay here often each time I come to AC. This time is different there was a problem with checking in.The front desk cant find my booking.Come to find out they did not accept my reservation thru expedia and I was not informed nor expedia.That took a little more yhan an hour checking in between the back and forth with the specialist in Expedia.Cause eventually they ( Tropicana mgt) my booking hence I was able to check in eventually. The hotel has everything there. The location is great and right on the boardwalk . There are excellent , reasonable food choices in the food court and delicious sit down restaurants aswell. The Tropicana is huge like a cruise ship you definity Get the feeling your on vacation while staying! I will always stay at Trop!

Ok hotel but there are better First of all, with all the expansion Trop has done over the years, the place is huge. I did not know where we parked in the parking garage until we found the elevator and there was a sign. We arrived early and were told we could use one of their pools while we waited. We finally found the adults only pool and were told if we wanted to sit, we had to rent a chair or lounge chair. There was free seating at the bar but that was in the shade.
