Excellent experience and will return. Check in process could be improved. The room was clean, spacious and offered great views of the city and oceanfront. The value for the offering was unmatched. The location was great.

Good The hallways was filthy. The safety wasn't good. There was random guys waking around at night. Very limited security. The staff was helpful. The beds was comfortable.

Enjoyable I didn’t like that there wasn’t a dresser to store my clothes and also the fact that there was no microwave in my room. The casino is awesome. there are a lot of options when it comes to dining, drinking and gaming. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous.

I enjoyed my stay front staff appeared to be frustrated at first because of the business, I was given the wrong room # staff on the floor in the office was of no assistance. It would have been nice if she could have called the front desk and took care of it or had someone bring correct key to me since I was inconvenienced. atmosphere, room, cleanliness,
