The hotel has 41 restaurants. The mattress, not so great.

I didn't like i had to text to get the room cleaned, and also the safe in the room didn't lock i reported it, was told a maintenance will come, they never came i had to walk around with valuables. Everything was Great

Wait for the elevators to our room looked long but wasn’t too bad. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is prime. We had a lovely dinner in Il Verde. Room was spacious and clean.
