Overall Was A Good Experience. Shower Faucet Handle Was Inoperable At 1st! Had To Call Maintainance, & Aftwr Almost An hour Someone Finally Came To Fix it. The Restaurants & Shops Downstairs. Also, Easy Check in& Checkout.

Would definitely come again The elevator in the west tower was a little scary very noisy So convenient that everything is in one spot

Awesome stay, would definitely come back! Housekeeping could have been better. There was only 2 towels in our room when we first entered. I called down to housekeeping and spoke with someone and they told me that they would bring more towel up within the hour and they never did. Also the elevators were hot and little dirty. Good Value Stay Lack of clear communication with guests. Limited signage on hotel floors. I would NOT recommend for families with any age children; too big and confusing to navigate if they get separated, even just to go to bathroom. There were people pandering directly outside of the facility. Area seemed sketchy. Small hiccup during stay, but the staff were really accommodating.
