great weather, great beach, great location - a good time. 1)housekeeping did not come in to replace/refresh at all. We needed new towels 2) there were no additional blankets and it was cold in the room 3) we had kids and so we had sand. because the shower head was not removeable/sprayer it was impossible to get the sand out of the back of the shower 4) the phone did not work. got a dial tone but it did not connect to housekeeping etc. 5) movie selection for family/kids was underwhelming room was much nicer than the last time... read more

Overall it was manageable but not very pleasing. The elevator outages was RIDICULOUS and my check in/out was not at all convenient. That it’s located on the pier. Also how the shops, restaurants & entertainment inside the property was very convenient & to our liking.

Wonderful Facility is confusing, have several parking garages, different hotel towers. Signage not the best. However an employee was more than happy to go out of her way to help us find parking garage on our way out. Food options good, room comfortable with oceanview.

Pleasant The pool It was nice but paying for chairs at the pool was dumb

Lovely atmosphere but our room was just okay Broken elevators, no signage. We got stuck on the meeting room floor and had no idea how to get to the lobby The location to the boardwalk is great and the staff is very friendly. Lots of great dining options as well.
