A great stay with just one exception. Only one complaint - for four days and three nights we had no housekeeping service. The only time they showed up was an hour before we were checking out. They should post a note in the room explaining this policy. I booked three rooms at the Havana Tower. They were all very nice. Our room was a mini-suite, which was great as I am an early riser and appreciated the separate space which included its own powder room. The stay was wonderful. I look forward to coming back. The pool closed early. The property was very convenient. It had everything inside from eateries to gift shops.
