Great hotel... just the solana tower elevator were not properly working. Only 2 elevator which made the traveling back to the room more than 15 minutes waiting time.. other than that its an awesome hotel.

2 of the 4 elevators were out during our 3 day stay. The wait for the elevators was extremely long and you would have to wait for several elevators to pass before you could even get in.

I love that the hotel/casino is bustling. There's a lot of food options. Fireworks was great! I didn't use the pool bec it was a gloomy day. I would have loved it better if there was a tub in my suite but shower was ok. It was clean.The view of both the city and ocean was great.

Property was beautiful with a lot of fun and exciting things to do. Property is perfectly located on the boardwalk. However, when guests book on third party sites they should be told/reminded about the security deposit due at the property.
Kudos to Tropicana for having excellent customer service personnel. The first room I received wasn't satisfactory. # 825. I returned to registration desk with my issues the new clerk was very knowledgeable and courteous. all went over and above to resolve my dissatisfaction. She was able to provide another room that was much better. # 750. I truly appreciated great service. I'll tell my friends and family. God bless you all.

All was ok
Overall, great hotel experience. Plenty of dining options to choose at Tropicana. The only minor issue that I encountered was that the checkin process was a little slow. However, that won’t prevent me from coming back! Looking forward to my next visit there!
