I had a wonderful stay for my birthday get away! Everything was excellent no complaints! I was there for my mini vacation for my birthday, my room was upgraded to the Havana tower! I was very excited and enjoyed it! Can not wait to go back!

Overall, I had a good time-disappointe the pool was closed the first night and a long wait the next. I asked for a room with an ocean view during booking and was assured I would get one. Was disappointed I didn’t. Was also disappointed I didn’t get to go swimming in the indoor pool. Room was clean, I felt secure even though I asked for a room further away from the elevator, bed was comfortable.
