It was great just wish things could have been a little better for the price The room definitely needs to be updated…the furniture was not in the best shape…it looked dusty. And although the resort maybe old does the rooms have to show it. Literally we had a lamp in the shape of a bird in our room. Also there was not enough lighting in the room. Me and a few family memebers had problems operating thermostat. The a/c system was definitely old. The elevators took forever or did not come and we had to continuously press the butt... read more

Room fine. Restaurant should not offer a Special that cannot be accomodated. Starbucks? Seecabove. Starbucks out of many items before 9AM. Il Verdi out of special before 730PM. Cleanliness of room

Overall, I liked Tropicana very much and I will visit again! I didn't like that there was not a microwave in the room. I liked the stores and eateries close by.
