Great Location, very outdated rooms very outdated room. we stayed in Chelsea towers, which looks like an old hotel they bought and did zero renovations to. They had no USB chargers in the rooms, not even in the lamps. The ice machine only worked on one floor. They were definitely short staffed. We did self park and it took us about 2 hours to get to our room and settled. Very Good I ordered 3 towels and 3 rags at 9pm for the kids we fell asleep, woke up still nothing. I called the front desk around 6am they said they would send them, I called back around 8am to speak to a manager (she told me that the workers wrote up that they delivered them last night... smh)I FINALLY GOT THEM LESS THAN 20 mins
